Aurora – 88 Demonstrator Nera (LTD)
Standing as the base model of Aurora – the 88 was first introduced in the 1950′ and ever since it delighted Aurora aficionados being a iconic elegant design. It is the first fountain pen that got showcased at the Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan – Italy.
The 88 silhouette features a vintage cigar shape, tapered and both ends are rounded. Equipped with a smooth gliding piston filling mechanism that offers the user a drop of ink in case of need, this is an unique feature of Aurora only.
Aurora 88 Nera Demonstrator is sporting a in house made 18k Gold – Ruthenium plated to match the black Ruthenium trims of the fountain pen. The nib of the 88 comes friction fitted together with the ebonite feeder in a detachable housing – ideal for washing ink from the fountain pen.
