Gravitas – Dinkey is a combination of its pocket-sized form scaled down to that of a quark. Refined and practical – the Dinkey consists in the sum of lessons learned throughout the years from previous models of Gravitas and brings out the very best in design, choice of materials and craftsmanship.
The fountain pen is small, portable, and handy, placing emphasis on the material from which it is made. It showcases a unique range of materials that, up until now, have not been offered in the Gravitas lineup. The Skittle finish uses as a base material Stainless Steel and it gets a PvD coating with the entire range of colors. For a pen of its size the Dinkey Skittle has a balanced weight, sitting in the middle of the Dinkey range concerning its weight.
The Dinkey inner cap comes lined with Delrin insert in order to prevent scratches from posting, the section is made from Stainless Steel, sporting an o-ring at the threading point with the barrel, it takes small Standard International ink cartridges.
The writing point of the Dinkey is a Gravitas #6 steel nib, available in extra fine, fine, medium, and broad and elastic fine options, powered by a generic plastic feeder.
