The Miyabi-Nuri collection is Sailors Bespoke 2nd edition release in the Iro-Miyabi collection. Each fountain pen features a delicate pattern created with the application of urushi lacquers using a silk cloth. Soft and elegant patterns, refined colors that precisely complement one another, are brought to life by the subtle shimmer achieved by the delicate sprinkling of pure gold and silver powders on their surfaces.

Kon-Ruri is a delicate blue with a nobble lapis lazuli color, poplar in the Edo period because it appeared to shine against dark blue.  Ran-Peki is a jasper color, considered a mysterious stone, such as a jade stone of Izumo since the ancient times. Fukaki-Ale is a deep red associated with nobility. Dark red and purple are cross-dyed together, a method that requires a lot of processing. Bun-Jin-Cha is a stylish brown color, born from the literati culture by people enjoyed the literary arts, such poetry, calligraphy, and painting in the mid-Meiji period.

This sophisticated lacquered fountain pen is made on an ebonite base in the King of Pen size, and features the famously smooth oversized 21K bi-color gold nib for a seamless, unparalleled writing experience.

Each fountain pen is delivered in a paulownia box, complimented by the addition of a Sanada-strap, commonly used in the Japanese tea ceremony. A cleaning cloth, 2 ink cartridges, and an instruction manual are included in the box.
