Launched in 2020, the Sailor Luminous Shadow collection now returns with a remake and combines the concept of ”light and shadow” with random shapes of a marbling pattern to create nature scenes that change from moment to moment.
Each color describes a scene when ”light and shadow” can be felt.
Fog Grey – the shadow of a mountain slightly visible through the fog
Storm Blue – when lightning strikes through the swirling atmosphere on a stormy night
Grove Green – the shade of a tree trunk growing in a dense forest
Dusk Red – the moment at dusk when light leaks through the clouds.
The acrylic material is made by mixing several colors specific to a pattern, and the different models depend on the ration of the mixed colors and how they are cut, making each fountain pen unique in their design.
Featuring a ruthenium plated trim and a tapered cap finish, these fountain pens come with ruthenium plated 21k gold nibs and Sailor cartridge/converter refill systems.
Each fountain pen is carefully presented in a black box to accentuate the bright colors of the Luminous Shadow fountain pens, each box containing two black ink cartridges, a converter and a polishing cloth.
