Taccia – Miyabi Maki-e Winter Breath
A limited-edition of only 88 fountain pens available worldwide, the Miyabi Winter Breath is Taccia’s initial design, followed by the Empress Winter Breath that was equipped with a KoP size nib.
The hand-laid Maki-e technique, Raden and Rankaku, takes several months to complete on the hand-polished ebonite body of The Empress. Different from the Empress model – this has a non painted clip – silver color.
Each fountain pen comes fitted with an 18 karat gold two nib, made in Japan by Sailor – exclusively for Taccia. The nibs are available in a variety of sizes: Extra Fine, Fine, Medium-Fine, Medium, Broad, Zoom and Music
Honoring the traditions and a dedication to Taccia’s matriarch, the Miyabi Winter Breath Limited Edition is a celebration of their roots as well.
